Police got a call about “someone who looked too short to see over the steering wheel.”
The 7-year-old driver, who took his mother’s car keys, hit two mailboxes, two parked cars in a Costco parking lot, and struck two moving cars near Wal-Mart.
“I wanted to do it because it’s fun,” said the 7-year-old, “It’s fun to do bad things, and drive into a car.”
When the reporter asked him, “Did you know that you could perhaps kill somebody?” the child responded, “Yes, but I wanted to do hoodrat stuff with my friend.”
THIS SHOULD NOT HAPPEN.
This is very, very sad…and could have ended up a whole lot worse than a few minor dings.

Cars are a weapon!

I can’t believe the words coming out of this kids mouth…it’s entertaining and sad at the same time. I can’t stop watching it haha - “I wanna do hoodrat stuff w. my friend” had to be the best part.
Agreed 100% — perfect way to describe it — entertaining and sad.
As a free-spirited person it’s really hard to suggest that this kid needs something that would totally kill my spirit. But here it is: military school. He needs a strong male influence, discipline, a structured routine, and exercise. I think than unless something that drastic is done he will be a lost cause. It’s heartbreaking to say that about a 7-year old child.
