Tonight was not a usual crazy Monday night but we had so much fun!
Alli and I started our night off at Rockefeller Center hotspot Johnny Utah’s (which, as usual, is out of control). They even gave shout outs to MICAHJESSE.COM saying we are the official blog of 2008 on the loud speaker multiple times!!!! We didn’t even hear it the first time or two and our friends kept saying, “Did you hear that?” We finally did and it was to die for! Thanks DJ Schuller!
At Utah’s we ran into so many of our favorites: Bernie and Brady Marshall, Bobby Rossi, Cole Bernard, part-owner Lindsay Plotkin and her sister Alexandra, Adis Gutic and many more!
We decided to check out Butter next, of course (what is a Monday night in NYC without a side of Butter?) We were pretty disappointed with the crowd tonight - too crowded - but we did spot Friends‘ Matthew Perry walking in as we were leaving. But as we were walking out we spoke with Lenny Kravitz’s supercute daughter Zoe Kravitz for a hot second. She’s adorable!
Then, our group strutted ourselves over to Soho hotspot Upstairs which, again, was not so hot tonight. Kind of disappointed all together!
So we said, “Alright, we give up!” so we headed to our FAVORITE late-night eatery Cafeteria where we always feel right at home. It’s like our mom (whom we call “Mama Dukes”) is cooking us a late night dinner after a long night out on the town. BIG shout out to Chad (the manager) who is one of our absolute favorites …ever and gives us the VIP treatment every time we come in (and that’s a lot!). And big hugs and kisses to Giada who is having surgery on Thursday! We’re bringing you flowers to the hospital, lovebug!
At Cafeteria we ran into Rocco Ancarola, owner of Pink Elephant who strolled in with three beauties in tow, all 3 of which we know and love very much. Shout out to Kayla, Rebecca, and Cassie! He gushed exclusively to MICAHJESSE.COM that Pink Elephant will be opening a location in Shanghai among many other foreign cities - and even offered for us to come party with him for the opening!
Rocco, we hope you’re serious! Because we will BE THERE.
